* Duration of appointments vary by hair length, thickness of hair and severity of infestation!

* A credit card number may be required to secure an appointment!

* We accept cash, payment apps (zelle, cash app) and all major credit cards (no checks)

* Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy!

* To cancel a scheduled appointment, you must call and speak to a specialist!

* Voicemail cancellations will not be accepted.

* There is a cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.

* If the technician is already in route or has arrived, you will be charged a Full Treatment rate!
